Directed by the executive team, Six Sigma Champions are responsible for selecting projects, identifying who is trained as Yellow, Green or Black belts, assessing the progress of the project and mentoring the Black, Green Belts and Yellow belts, so that the deployment will be effective. This Lean Six Sigma Champion training will provide the participants with the technical and managerial skills required to facilitate the deployment of the Six Sigma strategy.
