Trainer
As standard, your trainer has had 5 years minimum training experience and is REACH Certified (personality profiling). Your trainer is handpicked for you ensuring they have industry experience, course topic expertise and no less then an average star rating of 4.5 out of 5. All PD Training trainers have gone through a rigorous onboarding process, and receive ongoing Professional Development.
Course material
We are dedicated to providing immersive and inspirational learning experiences for busy adults. We believe courseware should keep pace with changes in workplaces and technology and have written our very own Signature Series that incorporates best practice in modern learner engagement. The content is continually improved based on trainer feedback, participant feedback and innovations in best practice. Delivery
One delivery method does not fit all so PD Training is flexible in our delivery and duration. We have experience with Face to Face, Virtual and Hybrid for small and large group sizes. Your course duration can be multi or one day, 3hours, 90mins or a time that suits you. Our trainers adapt their delivery to suit the delivery style and duration that works best for you.
Reporting
Return on Investment is what we all want to know when we are spending good $$ on Training. We have created our very own Training Management Centre for you, our clients, to view your dashboard which shows ROI and Participant feedback,
We have also made it easier for you by automating your Participant Sign in sheets and electronic certificates.
Connection
To ensure the best outcome, we have a more connected approach with our clients. First our highly skilled training consultants will have a discovery session with you to establish the reason for the training and the outcomes you seek. Once the ideal trainer has been identified for you, a connection is arranged between the trainer and the client. This allows you to discuss contextualisation to suit your company. The learning participants also can connect with their trainer prior to the session via their training portal (orgmenta) app advising them of the outcomes they personally wish to achieve, which allows them to feel a part of the decision making process. To help your participants implement what they have learned, they can create an action plan in their training portal, assign an accountability buddy and will also receive monthly tips on the topic for 6-12 month duration from the date of their training.
This provides a more custom approach and we consider this to be our ‘standard’.

REACH
A REACH Profile is included in all our Professional Development Skills classes. We understand that learning begins once individuals are self-aware of their strengths and their shortcomings. Our REACH Profile Survey takes around 12 minutes and provides the learner with their preferred approach to interpersonal communication. Valued at $149 inc GST.
